What GatherAll Does

GatherAll is a family calendar app that helps families coordinate events, schedules, and logistics in one place.

What Information We Collect

Account information
When you sign in, we collect your name and email address through your Google account (via Auth0). We do not store your Google password.

Family and member information
Information you enter about your family members — names, roles, and event assignments (such as who is attending an event and who is driving) — is stored to power the app's features.

Calendar data
When you connect a calendar feed (such as a school or sports team calendar), we retrieve and store event details from that feed — including event titles, dates, times, locations, and descriptions — so we can display them in the app.

Subscription and billing
GatherAll offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide the GatherAll service:

• To display your family's calendar and events
• To sync calendar feeds you've connected
• To coordinate scheduling and logistics within your family
• To manage your subscription status

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who We Share Data With

We use the following third-party services to operate GatherAll:

• Auth0 — handles sign-in and authentication. Auth0 Privacy Policy
• Google — provides sign-in via Google OAuth (processed through Auth0). If you connect a Google Calendar feed, Google also processes the calendar data you share with GatherAll. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple — processes subscription payments through the App Store. If you connect an Apple Calendar or iCloud Calendar feed, Apple processes the calendar data you share with GatherAll. Apple Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare — hosts our backend infrastructure and database. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Sentry — provides crash reporting and performance monitoring to help us diagnose and fix issues. Sentry may collect device information and anonymized usage data. Sentry Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To request a copy of your data or to request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@getgatherall.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the GatherAll service). Children's Privacy

GatherAll is designed for use by adults managing family schedules. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you through the app or by email.
